Online Reservation (slots open by the day)

Reservations open at 00:00 on the 210th day before the wished date for examination. Ten slots for each date would be released sequentially for online reservations.

Phone Reservation (slots open by the month)

Reservations open at 09:30 on the 1st day of every month for examinations six months later (the reservation service will be extended to the next working day if the 1st day of the month falls on a Sunday or a national holiday. For instances, reservations for July open on January 2nd). Each person is limited to making 4 reservations each time.

Reminders:

  • Foreigners without national health insurance coverage are charged as the payment scheme of NTUH. To protect your rights, feel free to contact us if you are a foreigner without national health insurance coverage. We are pleased to provide detailed payment scheme and give the pre-calculation of the total fee. If you have national health insurance coverage, please bring your national health insurance card on the day of examination.

Reminders:

  • No advanced payment is required. Pay on the day of examination.(See Payment Methods
  • To ensure that the examination procedure attends to your needs, please contact us if you are diagnosed with a rare disease or are undergoing treatment for chronic illness other than hypertension and diabetes.
  • Female examinees who may be pregnant should take their own pregnancy test before the examination. The health examination is not suitable for pregnant women.
  • If you are a new patient at the NTUH, please submit photocopies of your identity card and national health insurance card within two weeks after registration. This will help us to verify your information and streamline the post-reservation procedures for you.
  • After completing your reservation, you can check it on our website. If there are other items that you intend to further add to your package, please contact us by phone or via mail.
