Notes:

  • Our stool tests are based on immunoassays, as the test results are not influenced by food and are more accurate.
  • When using the stool sample kit, please do not empty or dilute the liquid in the container.
  • After sample collection, please seal the tube into the collection bag, store it at room temperature, and keep it away from sunlight. If the sample cannot be sent for analysis within 24 hours after collection, please refrigerate the sample and send it for analysis within five days.
  • Try to collect samples of normal stool. If the stool is watery, please collect another sample on another day. For those using laxatives, please collect a sample when the stool is normal.
  • When collecting a sample from a toilet bowl, please sit closer to the edge or sit backwards in order to avoid discharging the stool into the water. To facilitate stool collection, place some toilet paper on the inner wall.
  • Female subjects should not collect stool samples when they are on their period. Please collect a sample at least five days after the period has ended.
