We provide 2 ways for you to obtain the reports: return in person, obtain by mail. The health services manager will confirm your choice on the day of the examination.

You can appoint a proxy to obtain the health examination report on your behalf. The proxy must bring the letter of authorization signed by the examinee as well as the ID cards of both sides to the HMC in order to obtain the report.

During your health examination, the consultant physicians of each department will inform you about the preliminary results immediately after evaluation. After the examination is completed, the attending physician will evaluate your general health and make recommendations based on the consolidated opinions of consultant physicians, the results of laboratory tests, and the instrument analysis results. If there is an urgent need for medical treatment, we will assist you on the referral process.

In general, the overall health report and recommendations, which can serve as a reference for your routine health management, can be obtained two to three weeks after the examinations.

For the sake of the confidentiality and the quality of return appointments, phone consultation is not available.

If your health examination results are abnormal, we can help you make an appointment at relative outpatient department in NTUH. We regret to declare that designating a physician is not available.
