Reservations open at 00:00 on the 210th day before the day of examination. Ten slots are available for reservation every day.
Phone appointment (slots open by the month)
Reservations open at 09:30 on the 1st day of every month for examinations six months later (the reservation day will be extended to the next working day if the reservation day falls on a Sunday or a national holiday). For example, reservations for July open on February 1. Each person is limited to making 4 reservations every time.

To ensure that the examination procedure attends to your needs, please tell us if you are diagnosed with a rare disease or are undergoing treatment for a chronic illness (excluding hypertension and diabetes).
Female examinees who may be pregnant should take their own pregnancy test before the examination. The health examination is not suitable for pregnant women.
If you are a new patient at the NTUH, please submit photocopies of your identity card and national health insurance card within two weeks after registration. This will help us to verify your information and streamline the post-reservation procedures for you.
After completing your reservation, you can check it on our website. If you have other items that you wish to add to your package, please contact us by phone or mail.
